Keyboard
Settings - Keyboard:
- Key repeat rate
- Delay until repeat
Accessibility - Keyboard - Slow Keys:
- Acceptance delay
Key held down behavior:

Scroll Bar
On macOS, Terminal’s scrollbar follows the system setting. Go to System Settings → Appearance → Show scroll bars, and choose Automatically or When scrolling (not Always).
